Q: WHY ISN'T MY VAPORIZER WORKING?

A: Troubleshooting a vaporizer can be a tough process. Higher Leaf staff will always be willing to have a look and help you out, but a very common problem that new users experience is simply that they haven't turned on, or "unlocked", their vape battery yet. You can do this by rapidly pressing the power button 5 times. The button should flash a few times to notify the user when switching between "on" and "off". Most batteries in the vaporizer market use this on/off mechanism.
